The full reveal will take place tomorrow during Ubisoft Forward, but we were treated to a brief teaser trailer that set the tone for what we can expect from the game.

The teaser introduces us to Kay Vess, a scoundrel constantly on the run who is offered a way out of her current lifestyle. Enticed by the mysterious Jaylen, Vess (played by Humberly González) and her loyal companion Nix (played by Dee Bradley Baker) attempt one of the greatest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen.

Ubisoft Massive is heading development on Star Wars Outlaws which has been long talked about but never actually revealed until today. We had known this was going to be an open world game, but there were some expectations that because it’s Ubisoft Massive — the studio known for The Division — this would be a multiplayer take on Star Wars. It now seems like this will be a single-player action adventure experience set in an open-world. Or rather, open galaxy.
