Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom: How to find the Korok Mask
If you have been playing a lot of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom lately, you probably have run into Korok Seeds. Korok Seeds have many uses as they are used to upgrade your items and even your inventory. With over hundreds of Korok Seeds to find, you are going to want to try and find as many as you can. Interestingly enough, Tears of the Kingdom features a Korok Mask which makes finding Korok Seeds much easier.
How to find the Korok Mask
To find the Korok Mask, you need to make your way to the Forest Coliseum. The Forest Coliseum is located in the Depths. The Forest Coliseum is also located directly underneath the Great Hyrule Forest.
When you arrive at the Forest Coliseum, you need to make your way inside. When you reach the center of the Forest Coliseum, a cutscene will begin. After the cutscene is done and over with, you will need to do battle against the Black Hinox.
The Black Hinox is surely going to give you a run for your money. While the Black Hinox may be a bit tough to defeat, he is all that is standing in your way from the Korok Mask.
Th best way to go about winning this battle is to shoot the Black Hinox right in the eye on his head. After you hit it enough, the Black Hinox will hold its eye shut and fall to the ground in pain. When the Black Hinox is on the ground screaming in pain, this is the best opportunity to run up to him and attack him. After a few attacks, run back to a safe distance and repeat the process over and over again till you defeat him. Having the Master Sword and the Hylian Shield will make this fight a lot easier, but it is not required to defeat the Black Hinox by any means.
Once you have won the battle the Black Hinox will explode, leaving behind a chest. Inside the chest in what you came to find, the Korok Mask.

How to use the Korok Mask to find Korok Seeds
Using the Korok Mask to locate Korok Seeds is extremely simple. All you have to do is have the Korok Mask equipped to Link and when you walk past a Korok Seed that you have yet to find, it will shake letting you know that a Korok Seed is nearby. This makes finding Korok Seeds much easier, which also makes upgrades come a lot more frequent.
