How to get Majora’s Mask glider in Tears of the Kingdom

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a number of ways to customize Link through his journey across Hyrule, such as the Majora’s Mask glider fabric.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the sequel to Breath of the Wild, players can kit out protagonist Link with various outfits and accessories. Some include special outfits, purchased or found across Hyrule, which can offer perks and buffs to Link’s stats and abilities. Some protect against extreme weather, others allow you to stick to slippery surfaces, and others are just a neat way to switch up Link’s look.

One way to change Link’s overall vibe is to customize his paraglider with different fabrics. There even exists a way to decorate the glider with the striking image of Majora’s Mask, made famous in the 2000’s release of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask for the Nintendo 64.

How to get Majora’s Mask glider fabric in Tears of the Kingdom

To get the Majora’s Mask glider fabric in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players need access to a specific Amiibo. Naturally, it’s the Majora’s Mask Link Amiibo.

This Amiibo has the chance to reward players with the unique drop, Majora’s Mask Fabric. Players can then take the fabric to the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village and apply it to the glider for 20 Rupees. Talk to Sayge inside the shop and choose “Rework the Paraglider”.

It’s worth pointing out that this is the only way to get the Majora’s Mask Fabric, aand that it might not drop from the Amiibo immediately. In which case, players will need to scan the Amiibo on a different day to try again.

The Majora’s Mask Link Amiibo also has the chance to drop Fierce Deity Mask, as well as Mushrooms and a Knight’s Broadsword.
