3. Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Milwaukee Bucks are a favorite to win the NBA Championship every year and are the favorites to win the NBA Championship once again this year. The Milwaukee Bucks finished with a league best record of 58-24 (.707 Win%). They were the only team in the NBA to finish with a winning percentage over 70% and they have one of the best players in the league on their team in Giannis Antetokounmpo.

What makes Giannis so lethal to play against is his ability to bulldoze through opponents in the paint. Once he gets a running start, it is game over for anyone trying to defend him.

Giannis finished in fifth place in scoring averaging 31.1 points this season. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s clear weakness is shooting free throws, but he makes it up with every other area of his game. In fact, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the NBA in defensive rebounds with 9.6 average per game. A man that can score in bunches and defend the ball well is something every GM strives to have on their team.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on the cover of NBA 2K video games before. He was the cover athlete of NBA 2K19 and there is no reason as to why he can’t be the cover athlete once again. NBA 2K19 was definitely not his first and only time appearing on a cover. It will happen again during his career, and it very well could be NBA 2K24. Since the Milwaukee Bucks are a true favorite to win the 2022-2023 NBA Championship, winning it all could really solidify Giannis making his second appearance on an NBA 2K cover with NBA 2K24.
