2. Joel Embiid

Joel Embiid has never been the cover athlete of any NBA 2K video game, but that streak will have to end at some point you would think. Joel Embiid is one of the best players in the league and has once again help lead the Philadelphia 76ers into the postseason.

Embiid was all the 2022-2023 NBA leading point scorer averaging a league best of 33.1.He was also the only player to average more than 33 points this season and now has become the NBA leading scorer for the second consecutive season.

This Philadelphia 76ers teams is going to be a headache to deal with in the postseason and it is only a matter of time before Joel Embiid gets himself an NBA Championship Ring. The 2022-2023 NBA playoffs may be his time to shine, but there are other powerhouse teams in the Eastern Conference they will have to run through in order to achieve that feat.

No matter where Joel Embiid is on the floor he is a dangerous player. Short-range, mid-range, beyond the 3-point arc, at the free-throw line, you name the place and he is a threat. Also, being only 28 years old, he is a player on the younger side. That is a great way to represent some of the current generation players playing the game.
