NBA 2K23: Season 6 release date, rewards, much more

New content and Rewards in MyTeam

If you were a fan of Hero cards in the NBA 2K franchise, you will be excited to find out that they have made their return in Season 6 of NBA 2K23. When you first login to MyTeam during Season 6, you can claim your Level 1 Reward. Your Level 1 Reward is a Ruby Shaquille O’Neal Hero Card. A great Level 1 Reward to get your started for Season 6.

Just like in MyCareer, MyTeam will also have 40 levels for you to progress through. Your Level 2 Reward in MyTeam is a Ruby Sue Bird Hero Card, and if you make it all the way to max level 40, you will be rewarded with a beautiful, 99 overall, Dark Matter Hakeem Olajuwon Hero Card. This card is really something to work towards as having this card on your team will help you create havoc on the basketball court.

Season 6 will also add in two more collections where you can try and complete them for other Hero rewards. If that wasn’t enough of new content being added into MyTeam, the return of Holographic, Unicorn, and Fire Basketball Cards should just be the cherry on top. There is a lot of new content to dive into in the MyTeam game mode, and you can start diving into it on April 7.

Also, be sure to be on the lookout for more than 25 different Coach Cards featuring WNBA players and Legends. These can start being acquired at the start of Season 6.
