The Resident Evil 4 Remake is finally here, and while it’s not a very long game, it’s designed so that you can play through it more than once. Especially since you will not be able to collect everything and 100% the game in just one playthrough.

If you’re planning on playing through Resident Evil Remake more than once, you may want to try it on New Game Plus. So if you do try and tackle this increased difficulty, what do you take with you from your first playthrough?

What carries over into Resident Evil 4 Remake New Game Plus

Since the Resident Evil 4 Remake is relatively short, you may find yourself embarking on New Game Plus sooner than you think. It is good to note that when you start New Game Plus, you won’t have to worry about losing much of what you have earned in your prior playthrough. You will get to keep treasures, money, ammo, weapons, upgrades, and even other items that are found in your inventory. You basically get to keep almost everything.

You should keep in mind that you are going to lose progress that you have created on Side Quests. If you have made some progress on a Side Quest that you have yet to complete, I would highly suggest finishing up that Side Quest before progressing into New Game Plus.

light. Trending. Is Mad Chainsaw difficulty in Resident Evil 4 remake full game?

Since you will be able to take over mostly everything into New Game Plus, you won’t have to worry about doing anything special before you complete the game. Starting a new playthrough will allow you to build on your current money situation and even purchase further upgrades that you were not able to achieve in the first playthrough. If you are at that point of starting New Game Plus, don’t worry about anything. You will be just fine.
