MLB The Show 23: Full List of New Legends revealed

One of the greatest things about sports is the rich history behind each sports league. Every league has Legends and their very own stories that they tell — some being created in the modern day. Major League Baseball has had tons of Legends that have come and gone over the different generations and now some of the legends of the past will now be playable in MLB The Show 23.

If you are familiar with the MLB The Show franchise, you know that they normally love to include a list of Legends that you can play as in the game. MLB The Show 22 had Legends like Jackie Robinson, Minnie Minoso, Chipper Jones and Jim Thome, just to name a few of them. MLB The Show 23 will bring a new list of Legends to life and there are quite a few interesting names that made the cut for this year’s game.

  • Derek Jeter

  • Martín Dihigo
  • Matt Cain
  • Mike Lowell
  • Rube Foster
  • Sammy Sosa
  • Satchel Paige

The list above is just some of the names that have surfaced so far. Since MLB The Show 23 doesn’t come out until March 28, there are still some secrets that may be revealed when the full game is released.

At first glance, some of the names that might stick out to you are Derek Jeter, Mark McGuire, and Sammy Sosa. However, there are tons of other great Legends that you will be able to play as, as well. As soon as the full game is released, there will be a much better idea of every Legend that will be playable in MLB The Show 23. Are there any new Legends you are hoping to see in this year’s game? Just because they aren’t on this list now, doesn’t mean they won’t be featured in the full game at some point!
