The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection features a whole selection of classic titles, but will it be coming to Xbox?

Capcom recently announced the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Vol. 1 & Vol. 2, containing 10 classic games from the Battle Network series. Mega Man Battle Network was a spin-off, tactical RPG title of the Mega Man series. It takes place in an alternate timeline, where scientific advancement is prioritized over robotics. The first Mega Man Battle Network game was debuted in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance.

The games focus on protagonist, Lan Hikari, and his NetNavi, MegaMan.EXE, who must work together to solve numerous crimes and incidents across the world.

Capcom are releasing all of the Mega Man Battle Network games as part of two Legacy Collections: Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Both volumes will be available for purchase from April 14, 2023, with pre-orders for the complete bundle now live.

The collection will be coming to a select few platforms, but will Xbox be one of them?

Is Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection on Xbox?

Sadly, neither Vol. 1 or Vol. 2 of the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will be heading to Xbox. The games are set to release only on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam.

It’s unclear exactly why the collections won’t be arriving on Xbox at launch, or if there are plans to bring it to the Microsoft console at a later date.

The two volumes, and the complete bundle, will be available to purchase on April 14, 2023 on PS4, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
