Hogwarts Legacy: How to level up fast to max level 40
When it comes to RPG video games, leveling up is essential to make sure that you become the most powerful version of your character. Hogwarts Legacy is no different.
In Hogwarts Legacy, the max level you can reach is level 40. The quicker you can reach level 40, the more powerful Wizard or Witch you will become. Reaching level 40 will take a decent amount of time, but it will be well worth it when you reach the max level.
There are quite a few ways you can earn XP naturally throughout Hogwarts Legacy. Completing Main Quests, Side Quest, and collecting various collectibles are all natural ways to gain XP. Even if you aren’t necessarily on the lookout for collectibles, you may run into a few that will grant you a tiny additional amount of XP. While this does get you a fair bit of XP over time, it would take you even longer to reach level 40. Luckily, there are some much faster ways to reach level 40.
Completing Battle Arenas in Hogwarts Legacy
Completing Battle Arenas is hands down one of the best ways to earn XP in Hogwarts Legacy. There are two Battle Arenas that you can choose to compete in, with a third only available it you pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition.
One of them is located in North Ford Bog Region and the other one is located in Feldcroft Region. If you were someone who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, then you have access to a third Battle Arena. This third Battle Arena is called the Dark Arts Battle Arena and it can be found in the Forbidden Forest.
What makes Battle Arenas such a good course of XP is that they all can be completed as many times as you would like. For each enemy that you defeat in the Battle Arena, you gain XP per kill. Not to mention XP for finishing each wave. Since enemies will be spawning at a very high rate through multiple different waves, the XP adds up very quickly. Rinse and repeat this process and you will begin to see your in-game level climb and get you closer to level 40.
Collect Field Guide Pages
Another great source of XP is by collecting Field Guide Pages that Hogwarts Legacy throws your way. There are hundreds of Field Guide Pages that you can collect. Each of them will grant you roughly 80 XP. If you collect the hundreds of them that are available, 80XP per Field Guide Page is a very quick way to grant you XP. If you are wondering if you missed any Field Guide Pages in the area you are exploring, check the map. The map is a great tool to let you know how many Field Guide Pages are in each area. Plus, if you have already unlocked the Flying Broom, you will be able to reach many of the areas in Hogwarts Legacy at a much quicker rate.
If you get to level 40 prior to beating the main game, you won’t have to worry about reaching certain levels to start Quests. You will also become stronger thanks to all the Talent Points that you earn along the way. These talent points can be used to buff your character to make sure that you are better prepared for battles. There are many, many benefits of reaching level 40, so you might as well reach it as quickly as possible.
If you use both of these methods, you will hit level 40 in no time. It is going to be a mini grind at first, but once you get into the groove of things, you will see your level tick up in no time. Once you achieve level 40, you won’t be able to get any higher, but you will also become a very powerful Wizard and won’t have any limitations for the remainder of your Hogwarts Legacy journey.
