Forspoken guide: How to complete the Craftsperson Trophy
Forspoken just launched yesterday and there are a ton of things to do in it as evident in our review. Throughout the game’s 54 trophies, many will take you all over Athia on a quest to earn them.
One of them needed for the platinum trophy is Craftsperson; Craft a healing item and two of Frey’s original pieces of equipment. It’s going to take a while as these are secret hidden items, so I’ll walk you through exactly how to pick it up.
First off, you are going to need to be in the end game most likely. Unless you go for all side quests and treasure hunting without all forms of magic, which is incredibly difficult if not impossible, you won’t be able to get it.
Once you beat the main story, head over to Visoria and look for the Curiosity Shop. It’s just east of the water abomination Amphicynodon on the map. The reason I say wait for the end game is because you are going to need a lot of the game’s currency, old coins, to pick it up. In fact, you will need 64 old coins in order to purchase the needed sewing kit from the shop owner.
Once you pick up the kit, simply go to any crafting bench and make the Homesweet Hell and Unbroken cloak and necklace. Both of these will increase Frey’s overall statistics and they get a bit of a funny remark from Cuff as well.
Forspoken is full of side content for you to enjoy after the roughly 15 hour main campaign. Platinum trophy hunters will need to budget for about 80 hours to get everything done, if not more. Old coins are found in treasure chests all over the land as designated by purple dots on the map. Not each one has them as they may be certain consumable items needed for crafting. I got most of what I needed simply by picking up whatever chests I came in contact with on the way to my objective. This got me about 50 of them by the time I went for it and only needed a little bit of time to get the last ones.
