Chronicles of Narnia

Can we please get this going? Something about LEGO Aslan roaming around the White Witch has had me enthralled for ages. There have already been movies from the books, and LEGO could draw from each of them for the games. There are tons of characters and options in the game as well as ones to create for themselves.

Many people don’t realize there are seven books in the Narnia franchise, and only four of them have been made into movies (Well, 3 plus inspiration from a 4th). The last three are lesser known in the Last Battle, Magician’s Nephew and The Horse and His Boy.

The characters notwithstanding, the amount of sheer location possibilities lend the Narnia franchise as a prime example of one that needs a LEGO game.

SpongeBob SquarePants

The SpongeBob train seems like it just isn’t going to stop. The announcement of the newest game, The Cosmic Shake, proves that.

First released in 1999, the franchise has seen a handful of movies, celebrity appearances and a large variety of characters that fans have fallen in love with. There are a number of location possibilities the game could use as it would be quite simple to mimic the movies. It is what the LEGO franchise has done in the past with that of Marvel, Lord of the Rings and other successful movie franchises.

Something about Patrick Star in LEGO form combined with the LEGO humor has me laughing already just thinking about it. Patrick himself is a walking joke, and that’s the joke. Adding in a LEGO game where the joke is that he knows he’s a joke and we have a gold mine that Nickelodeon should have already signed off on.
