PUBG Mobile announces collaboration with Lionel Messi

Krafton, the developer of PUBG Mobile, has announced a collaboration with Argentina’s famous football player, Lionel Messi. And to celebrate the occasion, there will some sets of events that will be featured in the game.

The first event in PUBG Mobile has already begun but runs until December 18, so there’s still time to complete it. The second even actually started today but runs until January 3, so hop on it now. There’s also one final event that runs from November 23 through December 31, 2022. Check out the details below.

PUBG Mobile: Phases of Lionel Messi Event

1) Exclusive Collaboration Jersey

The event will be on set from November 10 to December 18, 2022. And the participants who complete it will be rewarded a Lionel Messi’s exclusive Jersey, which players can equip on their characters.

2) Messi’s Golden Shoes

Messi’s Golden Shoes Event will start from November 17, 2022, to January 3, 2023. Same as the first event, completing it will reward Lionel Messi’s Golden Shoes, which can also be equipped on in-game characters.

Lionel Messi has won the Golden shoe award for six times, all while playing for Barcelona. It is a record set by any player.

3) Outfits and Items

The outfits and Items event will surface from November 23 to December 31, 2022. The event can be a super offer for players. The esteemed event features numerous outfits and items related to Lionel Messi.

PUBG Mobile celebrates the arrival of the Football World Cup

As per some sources, Messi’s Golden Shoes event will start on November 18, 2022, along with the arrival of an update of 2.3.0. The game will receive a football theme and the event will be called Football Mania. The event and collaboration are to celebrate the occasional arrival of the Football World Cup.

As Lionel Messi is also a collaborator, there is no response from his side yet. But surely he will enjoy the event as Messi loves to enjoy video games (he plays PUBG Mobile with his friends).
