Madden 23 – NFL Week 2 Sim – Primetime Games

In Week 1 against the the reigning champion Rams, the Buffalo Bills look every bit the Super Bowl favorite they were made out to be in preseason. Now they look to continue their dominance against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday Night Football. The Titans, meanwhile, are looking to get their first win of the season as they suffered a surprising loss to the New York Giants in Week 1.

The Monday Night Football game between the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles could also prove to be an exciting matchup as both teams enter the game with big Week 1 wins. Can the Eagles slow Justin Jefferson?

Sim results: Titans 19, Bills 26

Two really good defenses come up big in primetime but the Bills edge out the win. Josh Allen (23-39, 294 yards, 2 TDs), Stefon Diggs (7 rec., 89 yards) and Gabe Davis (5 rec., 90 yards, 1 TD) lead a struggling Bills offense.

Ryan Tannehill, the ultimate game manager, completes 14-25 for 177 yards and 1 TD. Henry (19 car., 106 yards) carries the century mark but fails to find the end zone against a really good Bills front seven.

Minnesota Vikings at Philadelphia Eagles (Monday Night Football)

Sim results: Vikings 27, Eagles 24

The answer is no, the Eagles can not stop Justin Jefferson. The third-year receiver catches 10 passes for 112 yards and another touchdown as the Vikings come away with a 27-24 victory. Kirk Cousins (24-40, 349 yards, 3 TDs, 2 interceptions) doesn’t have his best game but he gets the job done.

Jalen Hurts (21-37, 264 yards, 1 TD, 1 interception) struggles under the Monday Night lights but he also really doesn’t receive any help from his skill players. Miles Sanders does rush for 71-yards and 2 touchdowns, but the Eagles receivers have a quiet night.
