While it’s been a pretty slow summer for the Xbox and PlayStation, Nintendo keeps on delivering the goods. With the recent releases of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the latest expansion for Capcom’s action RPG, and Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, you’re probably pretty good on games to keep you busy for the next couple of weeks. But as we look to July, Nintendo doesn’t plan on slowing down.

Next month, Switch owners can look forward to a wide assortment of games, the most anticipated being Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The open-world action RPG is set after the events of the first two games and follows Noah and Mio, members of two opposing nations, “on a heartfelt journey through a warring world with a dark secret.”

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is ramping up the action, allowing for up to seven party members to participate in battle at once (up from the previous max of three). Combat strategies will come into play as you assemble your party from a diverse cast of characters with unique roles and skillsets. You’ll be able to further customize your party as you can change the character class for these party members, unlocking different abilities.

Also coming next month is Live A Live. Highlighted during the most recent Nintendo Direct Mini, Live A Live is a classic RPG from 1994 that was developed and published by Square for the Super Famicom. It was never released outside of Japan though — until now. Next month, Nintendo Switch owners will be able to dive into this storied RPG in HD-2D.

Live A Live was directed by Takashi Tokita (Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy IV). The game features multiple stories featuring different protagonists, time periods and gameplay styles. Each story features rearranged versions of the original music written by Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts series and Final Fantasy XV composer). Basically, this is an all-star squad and Live A Live looks like a must-play. There’s currently a demo available on the Nintendo eShop.
