There are so many good games coming to the Nintendo Switch that it’s hard to highlight just a few of them. From the soccer pitch to a galaxy far, far away, here’s what Nintendo Switch owners can look forward to playing in June 2022:

  • Silt – June 1
  • Card Shark – June 2
  • Loopers – June 3
  • Five Memories of My Time with You – June 3
  • Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords – June 8
  • Even If Tempest – June 9
  • Tour de France 22 – June 9
  • Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles – June 10
  • Mario Strikes: Battle League – June 10

  • Overlord: Escape from Nazarcik – June 16
  • Omori – June 17
  • Fall Guys – June 21

  • Wreckfest – June 21
  • Sonic Origins – June 21
  • Capcom Fighting Collection – June 24
  • Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes – June 24
  • Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak – June 30

Let’s start with Mario Strikers: Battle League, a soccer-like game starring your favorite Mario characters with intense matches and no rules. While the game is set to arrive on June 10, you can get a feel for the intensity of these matches with the free demo now available on the eShop.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II is a port of BioWare’s award-winning RPG. With a port of its predecessor having released on the Switch last November, you can now play the critically acclaimed sequel on June 8.

Sonic Origins is a collection of 2D Sonic classics originally released on the SEGA Genesis. The game bundles Sonic The Hedgehog 1, 2 Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic CD, all of which have been digitally remastered with remastered visuals, added features, new content and more. With Sonic having become a hit on the big screen, this is a great way to introduce a younger generation to the games that started it all.

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hope is a hack-and-slash action-RPG from Omega Force. Much like its predecessor, the game features gameplay similar to the Dynasty Warriors, but is set in the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses and allows you to play as characters from that game.

And last but not least, to close out the month we’ve got Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, a fully-fledged expansion for Capcom’s action-RPG. Having saved Kamura, players will now journey to Eldgado, an outpost near a Kingdom under threat from the elder dragon Malzeno. The expansion provides new combat mechanics, more monsters and new hunting locations.
