Yelan’s kit provides powerful Hydro support based on her HP stat. Much of her damage will come from her Elemental Burst, so you’ll want to level that Depth-Clarion Dice Talent as your first priority. From here, you can evenly level her Normal Attack and Elemental Skill Talents evenly.
