Xbox Game Pass adding two big games this June
If you haven’t gotten around to subscribing to the Xbox Game Pass, I would highly suggest doing so. Microsoft’s game subscription service is the best value in the gaming industry at the moment and they are set to add two more AAA titles to the library this June.
If you aren’t super familiar with the Xbox Game Pass, there is a tab that says “Coming Soon” that you can click on and see some of the games that are coming soon to the Game Pass. If you load up your console and head over to that tab, it shows that For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will be coming on June 1 and Assassin’s Creed Origins will be hitting the Xbox Game Pass on June 7.
These two games really shouldn’t come as a surprise to too many gamers as Ubisoft announced last month that For Honor and Assassin’s Creed Origins would be coming to the Game Pass within the next two months. Ubisoft and Xbox did strike a deal with one another and adding these two games to the Xbox Game Pass was part of that deal.
Assassin’s Creed is one of the most popular and successful video game franchises of all time. Assassin’s Creed Origins also got a lot of positive reviews and was a game in the franchise that many people recommended others to play if they haven’t gotten the chance to play them already. Now, there really is no excuse not to play it as it will be coming to the Xbox Game Pass at no extra cost on June 7.
Before you get the chance to play Assassin’s Creed Origins, you will have the chance to play For Honor. For Honor got mixed reviews, but the game definitely has its good parts and its fair share of mediocre parts. Regardless, you may be someone who has really enjoyed it or someone who has wanted to play it but never got around to it. Whatever the case may be, you can try it out with an Xbox Game Pass subscription starting on June 1.
