Elden Ring has officially become the best-selling video game in the past 12 months by surpassing Call of Duty: Vanguard with over 13 million copies sold. Call of Duty: Vanguard has been out for 7 months, and Elden Ring has been out for almost 3 months now. For a game that has been out for such a short amount of time has had such a ton of massive success.

Due to all the success that Elden Ring has had, all sorts of gamers are getting their hands on this masterpiece, including Elden Ring. You may not think of Elon Musk as a gamer, but he did confirm that he does play Elden Ring by responding to a recent Tweet on Twitter by explaining the type of build he personally likes to use in Elden Ring.

A Twitter user by the name of @Kangaro0 asked Elon Musk a simple question regarding what type of Elden Ring he is currently using. Elon Musk didn’t go into specifics as to the exact items he was using for his build, but he did state that he was using an Int/Dex build and mostly focuses on Mage.

How to recreate Elon Musk’s Elden Ring build

Since Elon Musk didn’t really dive into any specifics, we have to dissect his Tweet to get a feeling of exactly what his build would look like. The easy part is that we know we are trying to recreate an Int/Dex build.

Class and Armaments

The best class that you can use in Elden Ring to create an Int/Dex build would most likely be the Prisoner class. As far as the Armament that you should go with, I would suggest the Lusat’s Glintstone Staff. Lusat’s Glintstone Staff is arguably the most powerful Staff in Elden Ring and since we are going to be focuses on an Int/Dex magic build, this would be a fantastic option to get you started.

Elon Musk also states in his Tweet that he enjoys using Rapiers as well. This can be your judgement call as to which one you would want to use since he didn’t go into specifics. If there are certain Rapiers that you enjoy using over others, go with the one that you find works really well for you.

Shield

Elon Musk also likes to use a Shield in his left hand. There are many different Shields that you will come across in Elden Ring. Some are better than others and depending on your playstyle, you can choose basically any Shield that you want. You might want a Shield that blocks a ton of damage, or you may want a Shield that has just about balance stats all around. Like I said, find a Shield that works for you, and you can use that Shield. This really won’t be a big deal breaker depending on which one you want to go with.

Armor

According to Musk himself, Heavy to Medium Armor is something that can be changed on any given basis. If you are truly trying to recreate his personal build, you may have to swap between variation just like he does to get a feel for you like. If you aren’t too sure as to what type of Heavy Armor sets you should use, you can dabble around with the Bull-Goat Armor set, the Banished Knight Armor set, or even the Tree Sentinel Armor set. Either of these would work. However, if there is a different Heavy Armor set that you like better, go with that one. There are also a plethora of other Armor sets the game has to offer and to be honest, the Armor is probably the least important part of the entire Elon Musk build.

Talismans

Since this is a Int/Dex build, the best Elden Ring Talismans that you can use would be ones that boost your Intelligence or Dexterity. Also, because that Musk’s Elden Ring build focuses on a lot of magic and stamina, you can even consider using a Talisman that boosts your overall stamina. Great Talismans that I can suggest using would be the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom, Stargazer Heirloom, or Viridian Amber Medallion. You can’t go wrong with any of these choices and with that, you are one step closer to finishing this build.

Spells, Spirit Ashes and More

Spells are obviously a major part of this build. Spells with a fast-casting time is something that would really work well with this build. Over time, you may notice that some of the slower Spells may work well with this build depending on how you decide to interpret Elon Musk’s build. I would recommend some Spells as the likes of Stars of Ruin, Glintstone Arc, Collapsing Stars, or Shard Spiral. Either of these four Spells are great to experiment with. However, it never hurts to experiment with other type of Spells until you truly get the build that you are looking for.

The final part of Elon Musk’s Elden Ring Tweet has the word “Summon!” There are plenty of Spirit Ashes in the game that you cannot go wrong with. There are even six Legendary Spirit Ashes that are considered Legendary for a reason that may also be worth your time to try and acquire. Spirt Ashes are very situational depending on what you are trying to accomplish in Elden Ring. You may notice that you are changing the Spirit Ashes that you are using depending on the situation that you are in.

In such a small Tweet, we were able to squeeze out a ton of information. Obviously, everyone may interpret Elon Musk’s Tweet in a different way and create all sorts of different types of builds revolving around the information that was given. However, I think that if put together some of the information provided here and experiment with some of other parts of the build that you feel comfortable with, you can create Elon Musk’s build close to what he is actually using in Elden Ring.
