4. Cooper Kupp

We have gone nearly 20 years since a Madden cover featured a Rams athlete and now there are two Rams candidates worthy of being on the Madden 23 cover. Cooper Kupp is an absolute monster. He was Super Bowl LVI MVP and was very deserving of it.

Kupp is so hard to take down after making a catch which is what makes him such an incredible athlete. Not many athletes are as good as Cooper Kupp with yards after the catch which is why people talk about him so much.

Cooper Kupp is also another big reason as to why the Los Angeles Rams were able to win the Super Bowl this year. He recorded two touchdowns and had 92 yards receiving while catching 80% of his targets. There is no secret as to why he won the Super Bowl LVI MVP and why he makes so much of an impact in the game of football.

Receivers aren’t shy when it comes to being a cover athlete on Madden video games. This has the feel like the cover athlete may come from the Super Bowl Winning team. If they do go with a player from the Los Angeles Rams and it is not Matthew Stafford, the only other option in my opinion would be Copper Kupp.
