LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga: Every cheat and Datacard location
Like most LEGO games, the newly released LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga comes with various cheats that unlock all sorts of things — from additional Studs to a Porg companion to an old time Television mode. To unlock cheats in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga you must find and collect Datacards that are scattered across the nine different episodes. These essentially replace the Red Bricks found in most LEGO games.
There are 19 Datacards in total. Each cheat costs 1 Datacard plus a certain amount of Studs. Cheats can be purchased in any order, so you technically don’t need to find every Datacard in the game, just the number of cheats you want to activate.
Before we get to the Datacard locations, here are all of the unlockable cheats in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga along with how much they cost.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Unlockable Studs Cheats
- Studs x2 – Studs collected are worth twice as much – 1 Datacard & 1,000,000 Studs
- Studs x4 – Studs collected are worth four times as much – 1 Datacard & 2,000,000 Studs
- Studs x6 – Studs collected are worth six times as much – 1 Datacard & 8,000,000 Studs
- Studs x8 – Studs collected are worth eight times as much – 1 Datacard & 48,000,000 Studs
- Studs x10 – Studs collected are worth ten times as much – 1 Datacard & 384,000,000 Studs
It’s worth noting that the Stud multiplier cheats can be combined so you can collect even more. I highly recommend unlocked a few of these early on to maximize your Stud collecting and reduce the amount of farming you’ll have to do.

All 19 Datacard Locations in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
You’ll be traveling all across the galaxy across the various Episodes to unlock the datacards. Most planets only have one Datacard; however, Tatooine has three while Coruscant has two. Below is an easy and helpful guide to located all of the Datacards in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Some of the Datacards will require you to use the Glider, a Scavenger Tool. The fastest and easiest way to unlock the Glider is to play through Episode 7 as there is a mission early on that will see Rey and BB-8 search for scrap and earn all of the Scavenger Tools. You can also earn a Glider near the end of Episode 6 – Return of the Jedi during “The Chewbacca Defence” mission. However, you’ll have to complete Episode 4 and Episode 5 to get to this, so it can take a little longer.
In addition to these unlockable extras, you can also manually enter cheat codes to unlock specific characters and ships in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is currently available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
