Pokemon GO: A Melemele Adventure Special Research tasks detailed
By Andrew Lin
Alola’s here in Pokemon GO even faster than expected, and the season kicks off with A Melemele Adventure. Here’s what you need to complete the Special Research and get some new Alola Pokemon in Pokemon GO.
A Melemele Adventure: Research Tasks
The first Special Research Task for the Season of Alola has you encounter early game Pokemon from Sun and Moon. You’ll be able to find Yungoos, Pikipek and Alolan forms of old favorites like Meowth and Geodude.
A Melemele Adventure will likely be your first time encountering the new Alola Pokemon. The Special Research gives you a head start with these Pokemon encounters, but there’s nothing particularly special about the reward encounters besides being brand new.
