The book has officially closed its last pages on 2021 and it is time to kick 2022 off with a bang! With the new year officially upon us, there will be more than plenty of games to devour throughout the course of 2022.
The first stop for releases comes in January 2022. January doesn’t particularly have the biggest releases of the year, but there are a handful of video games that are set to release this month that gamers have been waiting to get their hands on. Upon first glance of the list, you may notice that there aren’t a bunch of AAA title games that will be releasing this month. However, Pokemon Legends: Arceus is definitely on the list of most anticipated games of the year and definitely one of the most anticipated Nintendo Switch games of 2022 for sure. Pokemon Legends: Arceus is the next installment in the Pokemon franchise and gamers are not going to want to miss out on this video game. The best part is you won’t have to wait much longer to get your hands on this one.
It will be a major release month for PC gamers as they have five games on this list that will be released. If you are someone who enjoys playing video games on the PC, then you will have a bunch of new games to play and explore before the end of the month. If you are a PlayStation fan, the end of the month will have a little surprise for you as Uncharted: Legacy of the Thieves Collection will be released. While it technically isn’t a brand-new game in the Uncharted franchise, it still brings together two fun Uncharted video games into one collection that will give you hours of gameplay to play through.
