Reaching the max level

Reaching the max level with even a single operator is no joke. I have been playing as Beatrice and have been using the AS44, her favorite weapon, for quite a few hours and I am just now getting close to level 20. It will be a grind to reach the max level for each of the operators, but the game will reward you for doing so.

First, if you reach the max level for all Operators in their unit, you will receive a special “rare” skin for each Operator. Next, if you reach the max level for all Operators in all four units, you will receive an “epic” skin for each Operator. It also appears that you can unlock a “title” once you reach the max level for each Operator in a unit, such as “Grim Reaper” for completing the Shadow unit.

Both the “rare” and “epic” skins seem to be based on the same respective design, but they are slightly different to match the operator. I must say, the “epic” skin for reaching the max level for every Operator looks incredible with the black mask.

The best tips I have for reaching the max level for each Operator are to use their favorite weapon and to actively complete their challenges. You can view their challenges by clicking your console-specific button (square for my PlayStation, for example) that is on the right side of the screen when hovering over the operator. Yes, it will take a lot of time and grinding, but that makes the game more replayable.

My thoughts on this system

Personally, I really like the Operator progression and reward system. I am already looking forward to working on other Operators, such as Roland and his STG44. I know that this will keep me wanting to play the game because it gives me an incentive to try new Operators and weapons.

I also really like how easy it is to unlock Operator skins without having to buy them. You can unlock new skins by just simply playing with the Operator, and that is great. Overall, I have been really enjoying Call of Duty: Vanguard, and I look forward to continuing my Operator progression.
