Saito Toshimitsu

Remember Ryomen Sukuna? Think if you fought him in human form. It makes sense because that boss is a behemoth of a status monster, but has become farming fodder because of his mass. However, you never got to fight Saito Toshimitsu as a human boss until the online missions were added in a previous update. To fight him, you have to access The Chinese Bellflower Dagger mission in the Shadow region.

Toshimitsu is basically a tank of a human being while also having the elementalist powers of an onmyo mage. His weapon of choice is an Odachi, giving him some range and heavy ki damaging potential. He’s a beast of a fighter and casts magic on you to hinder your ki recovery.

Saito Toshimitsu is somewhat manageable when he’s approaching you for close quarter combat, but the moment he starts casting his spells, you might want to maintain your distance until he’s done. If you try to take those elements, you’re in for a rough fight, unless you have ways to dispel status ailments inflicted on you or you possess the Sohaya guardian spirit. You can somewhat brute force his ki down to zero to open him up for finishers, but he is swift, especially for wielding a heavier class weapon.

If you can parry his attacks, though, it would definitely take him down a notch. Just know he will not let up and will give you little time to breathe.
