Kuva Lich changes and upcoming Corpus “Queenpins”

Kuva Liches came into the game as a precursor to railjack, and we were all hoping that they would play an integral part in it. Unfortunately they weren’t exactly as advertised like we saw in previous railjack trailers shown off in past tennocons, but it seems that part will be eventually implemented. As stated in this stream, the new finale flow is “testing in progress”. This will really help incentivize players to actually start up their railjack constructions or dusting off their ships.

As for the Corpus lich counterparts, they are as of right now called “Queenpins”. The usual Devstream team refer to them as a “female suite of executives”, and yes, there are Charlie’s Angels references to be made for sure. Assuming this is somewhat lore based too, you may want to go ahead and finish the Deadlock Protocol quest as an important character in that quest is mentioned to be related to these “Queenpins”.

The weapons we know of so far are the very interesting briefcase class weapons that turn into guns. As of now, only a set of dual pistols and a melee weapon were mentioned alongside the briefcase, but I’m sure more is to be announced and showcased at a later date. The inclusion of these Corpus-styled liches also means that there will be corpus missions in railjack soon.
