2. Green Bay Packers

No one expected the Green Bay Packers to be a bad team, but you just never know what you are going to get with them. Last year, the Packers had a phenomenal regular season going 13-3 and winning the NFC North division.

This year the Green Bay Packers are tied for 1st in the NFC North (2-0) along with the Chicago Bears (2-0). Based on early evaluations of each of the NFC North teams, I think it is very obvious that the Green Bay Packers are the early and heavy favorite to win the division this year once again. The Chicago Bears managed to just barely survive the first two weeks to get their two wins, while the Packers managed to score more than 40 points in both their first two games for comfortable wins.

Beating the Minnesota Vikings 43-34 on the road in week one and then beating the Detroit Lions at home 42-21, I would have to say that coach Matt LaFleur was very happy with his teams performance. Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones have been such a dangerous duo that it seems unlikely that they are going to be slowed down anytime soon.

If Madden 21 was going to give the Packers a ratings boost this week in a live update, I can see their Offensive Overall move up to the 90s thanks to Jones are Aaron Rodgers alone. This upcoming week the Packers have a tall task ahead of them as they will be heading to New Orleans on Sunday night to take on a team that does very well in their home stadium. However, the way the Saints looked against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2 and the way the Packers have looked thus far, I think the Packers come up with the win Sunday night and make it a 3-0 start to the season. There is a very good chance that if EA Sports updates teams overalls this week heading into Week 3, the Packers are going to be on the top of their list.
