Los Angeles Clippers (2) vs Dallas Mavericks (7)

Game 1: Dallas Mavericks 128 – Los Angeles Clippers 132
Game 2: Dallas Mavericks 100 – Los Angeles Clippers 119
Game 3: Los Angeles Clippers 107 – Dallas Mavericks 95
Game 4: Los Angeles Clippers 88 – Dallas Mavericks 69

The L.A. Clippers sweep the Dallas Mavericks to move on to round two.

The Dallas Mavericks, led by Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis, are an incredibly fun team to watch and root for. But they’re also very young and not quite ready to step up against the Los Angeles Clippers. With the 2019 Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers are built to win. And the difference in talent and experience showed in NBA 2K20, which predicts the Clippers to sweep the Mavericks.

For the sake of entertainment, I hope NBA 2K20 is wrong because I want to watch more of the Mavericks. I hope they at least make it a close series.

For the series, Leonard averaged 24.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, while Paul averaged 20.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game.

The Clippers played lockdown defense, allowing just 98 points per game on average. Doncic, the 21-year-old phenom, was held largely in check, averaging just 19 points per game. Porzingis averaged 17.5 points and 11.3 rebounds per game.
