4. Pavel Bure, NHL 94

Video games are very different to real life. In a video game a player might be good because one of his stats are a little bit too overpowered. Don’t get me wrong Pavel Bure is another player who completely took over the hockey scene when he arrived in the NHL, but one of his statistics in NHL 94 made him simply overpowered. Most people know exactly what I am talking about.

Bure’s breakaway speed was unbelievable. No one was able to catch him if he got past you. If Bure go past the defenders you just assumed that you were adding another score onto the scoreboard. If you had control of Pavel Bure you didn’t even have to virtually pass the puck to anyone. His speed alone would allow you to blast by anyone you need to.

In a video game that was made almost 3 decades ago, Pavel Bure had no problems skating circles around players. A great NHL player and a great NHL video game player, if you haven’t gotten the chance to witness Pavel Bure’s speed and greatness, then I highly suggest picking up a Super Nintendo and buying NHL 94. You will not regret it. You can even check out Pavel Bure score 5 goals in 85 seconds too in NHL 94 here.
