Animal Crossing: 10 characters from the series that we can’t wait to see in New Horizons

The Animal Crossing franchise has a colorful cast of characters. Here are 10 NPCs from the series we want to come to Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has an amazing cast of characters that fans know and love. They’re also incredible characters to watch new people get introduced too — especially as they slowly understand what the Isabelle hype was about.

Imagine my surprise though when I realized that a lot of the characters I knew and love weren’t in New Horizons. They might come in future updates for the game but as of now they’re not even in the game’s code. For example, if you scan a Redd Amiibo card at Harv’s island, it gets who’s card it is but doesn’t have a model available for him yet.

So here’s my wish list of characters that aren’t in the game yet that I’m hoping get released down the road. And as I’m old school about this and have way too much knowledge of the characters, I’m not counting the people who CAN’T or WON’T be around like Sow Joan and former mayor Tortimer who are, from how it looks, more than likely dead.

Anyways, here’s 10 characters who’d be a great addition to Animal Crossing: New Horizons along with what they could do in the game.
