Animal Crossing‘s blatant take on Christmas has you meeting the starry-eyed reindeer named Jingle. It’s heavily focused on giving and exchanging gifts to other villagers.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf added a nice twist on it in the form of a mini-game. If you haven’t noticed this about me, I am all about adding mini-games into Animal Crossing.

If you decided to buy all of the pieces to the Santa Costume, Jingle would reward you by giving you a sack filled with gifts, one for each villager. What you need to do is go around your town and figure out who is supposed to get what. Deliver them all perfectly and you’d get a festive reward. I’m not much for the rewards but the game itself is fun and is really charming.
