Multiple Games Suspension

As of right now, both the PS4 and Xbox One can have a game and another application, such as YouTube or Netflix, open at the same time. However, neither can have multiple games open at once.

You may not find this as a necessary feature, but you would use it more than you think. Imagine playing a game with manual saves. You run into a tough boss and cannot defeat him. You want to take a break, but you would reset all of your progress. Well, a multiple games suspension feature would let you keep that game open while you play something else.

We could easily play more games with this feature. Having multiple games open when you boot up your system would help you choose what to play and save you time. You wouldn’t have to worry about any load times. Simply suspend a game and come back to it later.

2020 is an exciting year to be a gamer. There will be a slew of new titles and places to play them. These five features are important for next-generation to flourish.
