With Thanksgiving almost here and December right around the corner, what PS4 games do we have to look forward to that will help close out 2019?

October and November typically mark the apex of the gaming season. It’s during those two months that most publishers release their big blockbuster titles.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been treated to games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, The Outer Worlds and more. But there is still one more month left in the calendar year and although it may not feature as many prominent titles, there are still a few decent PS4 games to look forward to.

Below is the list of PS4 games releasing next month.

Blair Witch – December 3

Blair Witch was only just announced for PlayStation 4 a few days ago. The psychological survival horror was released for Xbox One and PC earlier this year, but will finally be arriving on PS4 on December 3 with “gameplay and technical enhancements” as well as the ability to customize Bullet (the dog) with the Good Boy Pack.

As for the game itself, Blair Witch is set in 1996 and follows Ellis, a former police officer with a troubled past, as he searches for a young boy who has disappeared in the Black Hills Forest.

Life is Strange 2 – Episode 5 – December 3

On December 3rd, Sean and Daniel’s long journey will finally come to an end with the release of the fifth and final episode of Life is Strange 2. The first episode released all the way back in September 2018, meaning it has taken well over a year for the second main entry in the LiS franchise to unfold.

I love episodic narrative adventures, but I personally think it’s asking a lot for fans to remain committed for that long, with so much time in between each episode. Alas, you’ll finally be able to play through the entire second entry of the franchise on December 3.

Terminator: Resistance – December 10

Well, let’s just hope Terminator: Resistance doesn’t suffer the same fate as Terminator: Dark Fate did at the box office. While the game has already been available in Europe and Australia since November, it’s finally coming stateside on December 10.

The game is set in a post-apocalyptic 2028 Los Angeles during the war against machines. You play as Jacob Rivers, a soldier in the human resistance against Skynet. While the premise is intriguing — I’ve always wanted to play a Terminator game set during this period — Terminator: Resistance, unfortunately, has not so great reviews.

Wattam – December 17

What better way to end the year than with a game as trippy as Wattam. Revealed two months ago, Wattam is a game about reconnected people and going on a fun-filled adventure.

Other PS4 games releasing in December are:

  • Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition – December 3
  • SaGa: Scarlet Grace – Ambitions – December 3
  • Star Ocean: First Departure R – December 5
  • Project Sakura Wars – December 12
