8. God of War – Baldur

There are a lot of different creatures and characters in the God of War game, but none of them are scary as Baldur. Baldur is one of the Aesir gods. He is the son of Odin and Frigg. In the game, he is hunting down Kratos and his son. Baldur and Kratos have a massive fight at the beginning of the game, but it isn’t the last time they fight.

Baldur is a very strong god who can withstand heavy attacks from boulder and tree trunks. The two men are even able to move what seems like plates deep beneath the Earth’s crust. Baldur is also able to heal from his wounds quickly making his absence from a fight shortlived. No matter the cost, we would never want to face off against Baldur.

9. Red Dead Redemption 2 – Legendary Bear

The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is unforgiving. The animals, the people, and sometimes the cinematic camera are trying to kill us. Some animals are more forgiving than others but the legendary animals are always out to get Arthur Morgan. For those who have fought the legendary bear, they know the difficulties of its massive claws, clenched jaws, and the intimidating look it gives.

You are able to pursue the bear after a story mission in chapter 2 or return to it later on in the game. It is best to deal as much damage as possible from a distance when handling this massive animal. If you are lucky, you can kill it before it gets near you. For those less fortunate, you will have to climb out of its burly grasp to survive.
