From RPGs to platformers to puzzle games, Apple Arcade continues to expand its library with five more new games arriving this week.

Another week, another batch of new games on Apple Arcade. Five new games have been added to the Apple-exclusive gaming service, which provides access to more than 100 games for just $4.99 per month.

Since launch, Apple Arcade has been updated on a regular basis, adding around five new games a week. This week, we get five more games and, as per usual, it’s a nice mix of different genres that’ll appeal to a wide variety of folk.

Yaga The Roleplaying Folktale

From Versus Evil comes Yaga, a new action RPG inspired by Slavic mythology and folklore and ancient Pagan beliefs. The game sees you play as Ivan, a one-handed blacksmith with incredibly bad luck and a set of impossible tasks given to him by the tzar.

The game features gorgeous hand-drawn 2D artwork and a catchy hip-hop soundtrack as you fight your way through various environments. As an RPG, Yaga features customization, random maps and encounters and multiple endings to both missions and the game itself depending on the choices you make throughout. If you like action RPGs in which you choices impact the story and overall game, then Yaga sounds like a good one.

Hogwash

From Bossa Studios, the creators of The Bradwell Conspiracy, which also just launched on Apple Arcade, Hogwash is “3v1 multiplayer barnyard bedlam.” In the game, you’ll either play as the farmhand and try to keep the farm squeaky clean, or as one of the mischievous pigs who aim to spread as much filth and mess as possible. While Hogwash emphasizes multiplayer, there is a single-player mode as well.

Fallen Knight

Fallen Knight is a side-scrolling action-platformer with an insanely fast pace. Set in the far future, you play as Lancelot, an elite knight of the Round Table tasked with saving the city from ‘THE PURGE,’ a terrorist organization.  While the fast-paced action gameplay seems to be the emphasis here, Fallen Knight is said to feature a “rich” story with multiple endings, adding some replay value since there are only six stages.

Tales of Memo

A charming-looking game, Tales of Memo is a primarily an adventure game in which you journey across a frozen landscape with Memo and his friends, battling enemies with combat performed through memory puzzles.

Lifelike: Chapter One

Referred to as a “hypnotic getaway,” Lifelike: Chapter One is a calming gaming experience in which you play as an amoeba-type creature on an dreamy adventure. Bright colors, soothing sounds and captivating aesthetics, Lifelike can only be described as beautiful. Is it much of a game? That’s debatable, but it definitely looks intriguing.
