Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint – October 4 – PC, PS4, Xbox One

Ghost Recon is one of those games that needs no introduction. Any gamer who loves first-person shooters knows about it. For those who may be unfamiliar, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the latest installment in Ubisoft’s online tactical shooter series, and it’s releasing on October 4.

This game is a sequel to 2017’s Ghost Recon Wildlands. Following the success of Wildlands, Ubisoft seems to be taking the game to the next level with respect to storyline, the mechanics of the game and feel of the environment.

Ghost Recon is an open-world game where players play the role of Lieutenant Colonel Anthony “Nomad” Perryman, a member of the Delta Company special forces group a.k.a “Ghosts”. Breakpoint is set 4 years after Wildlands on a fictional island of Aurora which is taken over by the ex-service agents a.k.a “Wolves” led by ex-ghost Colonel Dee Walker, played by Punisher star Jon Bernthal. Breakpoint will offer a large variety of landscapes which can be used to players advantage as the game demands. According to Ubisoft, Aurora is much bigger game world than its predecessor Wildlands.

This game offers four different classes to choose from with each different class having its own abilities. A special feature to this game is gamers can switch the classes anytime during the game. This game offers players freedom to travel the world as they wish through air, water or land and approach the missions as they see fit.

With more emphasis to the survival, Ubisoft promises that game will feature a wider variety of enemy arch-types and will respond more realistically to player actions. These changes were brought about by taking into consideration the feedback provided by the community.

Well, if you think survival only means coming out alive from a wave of enemy you are totally wrong. In this game, regular weapon maintenance checks are necessary to keep the weapons functional as well as keeping the hunger, fatigue and hydration of the character in check. This game possess all the good features of a super hit FPS game which will make you engage in the game for hours.
