E3 2019: Ubisoft predictions, rumors and expectations
What we will see: Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint
Granted, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint already had its big unveiling a couple of weeks ago. It’s surprising Ubisoft didn’t save this for their E3 2019 presentation (hopefully meaning its a pretty packed show with cool new stuff), but it is still a major title from a major Ubisoft franchise that is coming out later this year, so it will almost definitely make an appearance in this year’s presentation.
We have gotten a story trailer and some gameplay already. My guess is at this year’s Ubisoft presentation we will see a different mission and maybe a little more story. We know it involves John Berenthal’s character going rogue and that drones and military A.I. as a whole is a big theme and instead of a real place, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint takes place on a fictional island.
Depending on how many other things they have to show or need time for, this could be a rather brief expansion on what we have already seen or an intense 20-plus-minute dive on the game. Since it has already been unveiled, I would bet on the former, but either way, we will see more of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint during Ubisoft’s E3 2019 presentation.
