What we will see: Content updates for The Division 2, Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor

Ubisoft has been surprisingly conservative during E3 presentations about their ongoing games. We didn’t see much of anything regarding updates to For Honor or Rainbox Six Siege last year for example.

That is not the gameplan for E3 2019 however. Ubisoft just released a teaser telling us what to expect at their E3 2019 showing, and while it didn’t reveal everything, it did explicitly site updates on Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor and the just recently released The Division 2.

Updates on For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege will be important, but likely only take up a few minutes during the presentation. New classes, maybe a new map for each game, and probably a vague promise of continued updates in the future to look forward to.

I think a lot more time would be devoted to The Division 2 because it is a recently launched game and Ubisoft has already given us a roadmap for the first year or so of content. However, we haven’t yet seen things like a world event, and we certainly have not seen anything about any of the episodes that are part of the “year one narrative content.” Expect Ubisoft to address these during their E3 2019 presentation. Those are eh updates we will see for sure, but there might be one or two more games included such as Trials Rising which released this past February.
