30. Five Nights at Freddy’s – Animatronics

Ever wonder why animatronics have the essence of being cute, but low key look terrifying? That is because in Five Nights at Freddy’s they kill people. This game’s core is the fact that the animatronics come alive at night and try to stuff you into a suit. It cooks down to that, but the scare factor rises every night. Each night, the animatronics become more alive and eventually make it to your power hungry office.

At times, the animatronics will be looking directly at the cameras with their dead and emotionless eyes. Behavior like this boosts the creep factor higher. You then can see them in different parts of the store standing still. Having to manage power within your office, the moving animatronics and trying to stay alive is a difficult task not many can pull off. With that said, being stuffed into an animatronic suit isn’t the worst death possible.

31. The Evil Within – Laura

Oh, Laura, your long legs look so good; all six of them. The Evil Within is surely full of evil, and the most evil of all of them is this beautiful lady; Laura. She was a reincarnation of the main antagonist’s older sister, Laura Victoriano, who was severely injured in a barn fire. The fires hurt Laura enough to be placed in a vegetative state leading to her death later on. Laura’s brother, Ruvik, is the one who brought her back as the nightmare you see above.

This monster shows up multiple times throughout the game and requires the same kind of strategy. Laura’s biggest weakness is fire while conventional weaponry is not recommended. Using guns is an option, but is not recommended if you wish to have resources after her defeat. The constant screaming she makes creates for some eery moments during combat and just her presence, in general, can make anyone’s skin crawl.
