If you’ve discovered the hint art around the kingdoms, you’ve likely also run across a portrait or two. These portraits are hidden around, and depict another kingdom on the other side that you can visit for a free, quick warp there, as well as a special Power Moon.

There are ten total of these Kingdom portals, but be warned that some of them won’t be usable the first time you find them. A few stay blank until you finish the main story because they lead to areas that you can’t visit until the end of the game. If you see a blank painting, consider using that handy screenshot feature to take a photo of its location and return once you’ve beaten the game.

There’s one painting in each of the game’s major worlds, including the Mushroom Kingdom and Bowser’s Kingdom, but not including the moon. If you find one painting, there won’t be a second elsewhere in the kingdom. Get hunting!
