10 things we’re most excited for in World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth

New raids

I love raiding, so each new expansion is an exciting time to look at incredible, challenging endgame content and get excited about it. I’ve been a little sick of all the green Fel stuff all over the place lately. Battle for Azeroth looks to be a welcome change!

The first raid is gravy, but what I’m most interested in is the second raid, which Blizzard told us straight-up would finally take us to blows with Queen Azshara. Azshara has been a powerful force behind countless world events and anything involving the Naga. She had a presence in Legion, but we never actually got to meet her face to face in battle. A raid where we finally put her and her Naga armies in their place once and for all is just dandy in my book. My only concern at seeing her now is that Legion seemed such a natural place for her to fit in, while an Alliance v. Horde expansion feels…forced. And yet, there are hints that she might be more appropriate to this expansion than we might expect…
