5. Jayson Tatum

It would be hard to go through this whole list without a player from the Boston Celtics. The last time a Boston Celtic athlete was on the cover of a NBA 2K video game, it was Kyrie Irving on NBA 2K18. The Celtics have been very good of the past decade making it to the Eastern Conference Finals 4 of the last 6 years and making it to the NBA Finals just last season. Jayson Tatum has a lot of talent surrounding him, but he is the face of the Celtics in this new era. If there is one team in the Eastern Conference that can take down the Milwaukee Bucks or the Philadelphia 76ers, it is the Boston Celtics.

Since the Boston Celtics are such an iconic franchise and have been elite for the past decade, it is only a matter of time before a Boston Celtic returns onto the cover. Jayson Tatum is hungry for an NBA Championship and if they can make it out of the Eastern Conference and to the NBA Finals, he may very well get his chance.

Jayson Tatum is a 4-time all-star for the fourth year in a row and I am sure that there are many more all-star appearances in his future. The Eastern Conference is going to be very dangerous for the foreseeable future and part of that can be thanked to Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics.
