New PS5 and PS4 games coming in April 2022

2022 has gotten off to a tremendous start with games like Horizon Forbidden West and Elden Ring. Looking to April, things slow down a bit but there’s still plenty for PS4 and PS5 owners to look forward to.

Baseball is officially back with the upcoming release of MLB The Show 22 and Star Wars fans can finally experience the entire Skywalker Saga in one LEGO collection with LEGO Star War: The Skywalker Saga. But there are also some other hidden gems you should keep your eye on like the medieval action-adventure, The Serpent Rogue.

  • LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – April 5

And it’s all told in that signature LEGO humor. In addition to the nine main films, The Skywalker Saga will also receive character DLC from The Mandalorian, Solo and Rogue One.

For baseball fans, you can look forward to the latest installment in Sony San Diego’s critically acclaimed baseball sim. MLB The Show 22 takes the mound on April 5 and looks to deliver another stellar baseball experience.  The biggest new feature in this year’s game is co-op multiplayer featuring teams of two or three. Of course, there are improvements made to Diamond Dynasty and Road to the Show, but March to October also seems to have gotten a lot of attention with the ability to play multiple seasons and a new free agency feature.
