Android gamers, get ready to immerse yourself in organized crime.
Um, not for real, as law enforcement tends to frown on that. But exploring the concept in mobile game form is less problematic, which is why Kabam has brought Underworld Empire to Android. Already available on iOS from Kabam’s Phoenix Age studio, Underworld Empire is a social RPG that drops players into New Metropolis, a crime-filled city perfect for carving out your own empire — but only for those willing to fight to create it.
“Kabam’s Phoenix Age studio has created a phenomenal experience for mobile devices and we’re thrilled to bring one of the top crime based RPG to Android players,” Aaron Loeb, senior vice president of Kabam’s North American Studios, said in a press release.”Underworld Empire brings an intense battle for domination, featuring stunning artwork and the ability to form criminal empires with hundreds of other players from around the world. It’s a fun and challenging social game.”
There’s also a story of revenge that drives the narrative, one that could cause players to align with each other in order to fend off The Cartel, Syndicate, Mafia and street gangs. Other game features include:
- Over 1,000 common, uncommon, rare, epic and legendary weapons and assault vehicles to beef up each player’s arsenal.
- More than 50 unique lieutenants with their own special abilities.
- Massive bosses that can take up to 200 players to team up and take down.
- Empire Wars, a PvP mode for groups of up to 80 players per side.
Sounds like the proverbial offer that can’t be refused. Underworld Empire is a free download and is available on Google Play rght now.
